We are locally owned and operated by Brian Bailey and a TEAM of more than 250 Exceptional Team Members. This Team, led by Eddie Edwards, is dedicated and committed to product quality, community involvement, and operational excellence.

Like most Domino’s Pizza owners, Brian Bailey began his career as delivery driver. Brian began delivering pizza’s at the Alamogordo, NM in 1985, a corporately owned store at the time. In less than two months he was managing that store, and quickly climbed the corporate ladder, managing several progressively high volume stores in Kansas before becoming the District Manager there.

In 1986 Brian moved closer to home, and helped open and supervise a new Franchise area in the central Colorado area; helping to open new stores in communities like Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs.

Then, in 1988 Brian was able to move back to New Mexico and became a Franchisee by purchasing the Carlsbad, NM Domino’s. Today, Domino’s Pizza Team New Mexico operates 11 excellent locations throughout the State and employs over 250 people, with plans to open 10 more Domino's Pizza in New Mexico in the future.

Domino’s Pizza, Inc. has recognized Brian with the “Franny” award four times, the highest award bestowed upon a franchisee. Additionally, the Corporation has awarded both National Supervisor of the Year and National Rookie Manager of the Year to great Team New Mexico employees; and several employees have gone on to be successful Domino’s Pizza Franchisee’s themselves.

Brian is passionate about taking care of his customers and Team Members, and serves nationally on the Domino’s Pizza People First Advisory Board as well as being active in supporting the Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation. This Foundation is a non-profit organization established to assist team members in time of special need or tragedy. Since its inception, the Partners Foundation has helped thousands of Domino's Pizza team members and their families with financial, emotional, intermediary and advisory assistance.
